Ⅰ.General description :
1.Main Structure
(Steel tube truss system ) we adaopt hot-dip galvanized C section or steel tube truss beam to reduce sef-weight of design load and dosage of thesteel. At the same time, hot-diped galvanized can widely improve anti-corrosion of the steel. (The construction cycle of the steel structure work is short, which reduces the cost of the project effectively. The steel structure has strong shock resistance and can improve the comprehensive anti-seismic property of the whole house).
2.Substructure( Cold-formed thin-walled steel)
Roof purlin uses the hot-dip galvanized Z or C section. The way to continuous lap makes the steel frame as a whole. Wall purlin uses the hot-dip galvanized C section steel. All components adopt bolted connection, no welding, which makes the structure overall appearance smooth.

1. Column: Q235, Q345 welding H section steel
2. Beam: Q235, Q345 welding H section steel
3. Purlin: Q235 C section or Z section
4. Knee brace: Q235 angle steel
5. Vertical and transversal support: Q235 angle steel, round bar or steel pipe.

8. Sleeve: Q235 steel pipe
9. Cladding system: Sandwich panels (EPS, PU, Fiber glass wool etc. ) or can use corrugated steel sheet with fiber glass wool insulation and steel wire gauze.
10. Door: Sandwich panel sliding door or roller door
11. Windows: PVC or Aluminum
12. Gutter: Stainless steel or color steel sheet
13. Rainspout: PVC
Ⅲ.Environment control of poultry shed
1. Cooling pad system
Evaporative cooling pad system works in the condition of negative pressure, the cooling pad is installed on one side of the wall, fan installed other side. When air flow through cooling pads, the water evaporation absorbs a lot amount of heat.The height of cooling pad is 1.5-2.2m, the area of cooling pad in chicken house is about 6-8 times than the fans.
2. ventilating system
The main parts of ventilation system is the big fan and small fan. They are controlled by the control system. The NO. of the fans to run was decided by the temperature of the poultry house.About 200m2 need 1 big fan and 15-20m need a small fan, this is the standard to design the quantity of fans in chicken house.
